Geiger's Spaghetti & Sauce

Ingredients

Spaghetti

Ground beef (500g)

Yellow onion (1pc)

Garlic (1-2 cloves)

Pasta sauce (2 jars)

Cooking cream (1.5dl)

Red bell pepper (1pc)

Broccoli (1 head)

Bouillon, beef (1 cube)

Salt & pepper

Cumin, ground

Instructions
  1. Fry the ground beef in a frying pan.

  2. Fill a pot with water on high heat for the pasta and add salt. Once it is boiling, add a bit of butter and the spaghetti.

  3. Cut the onion into fairly small pieces and add to the frying pan as the ground beef gets fried.

  4. Mince the garlic and add with salt and pepper.

  5. Shave the dark green parts of the broccoli off and add to the mix.

  6. Cut the red bell pepper into fairly small pieces and add.​

  7. As the grease has either soaked or evaporated, add the pasta sauce.

  8. Crumble the bouillon cube into the sauce and mix well.

  9. Add a bit of ground cumin and the cooking cream.

  10. Lower the heat to a simmer until the pasta is done.

  11. Serve the pasta with the meat sauce on top.

For an extra yummy experience, serve with a side of baked garlic bread and shredded Parmigiano cheese on the pasta.
